Delivery times: We aim to deliver your succulent order within 7 days from the date of purchase. If there will be a delay in delivery time- you will be contacted. If you would like to request a specific delivery date please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm if it will be possible.
As YSB products are living products, once they are safely delivered to you, we can no longer take responsibility for keeping your YSB product alive. However, you will be given care instructions on how to care for your YSB product.
If you receive your product and have some concerns about it, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your YSB product at email@example.com
We will be in contact with you to discuss the most appropriate action- whether that be an exchange or refund. Refunds will not be given after 28 days of purchase date of the product and a valid receipt must be presented for a refund to be processed. Without a valid receipt, a refund will not be processed. Any fees for returns/exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds or exchange for change of mind.
